If your work requires you to operate vehicles airside, there are a few elements you need to get in place. Firstly, you will need to apply for an Airside Operators Licence (AOL). The AOL includes requirements such as proof of insurance and contracts as well as a risk assessment and other information being submitted online.
Once an AOL is in place, you will be able to raise vehicle permits via the Gatwick ID Centre. Your drivers will also need training for driving airside and your vehicle will need to be appropriately configured for operation airside.
